Your workspace access is pending (AU11)

Authentication is not authorization. If your identity is valid but your agency membership or record assignments are not yet approved, you see the pending page. It reveals no operational menus, records or Scout retrieval.

  • You may complete non-sensitive setup (preferences, companion display) while you wait.
  • Submitting an assignment request creates a scoped request — not a grant.
  • Core onboarding is allowed while contract assignments are pending, but no monitoring starts and pending contracts are not queried.
Tip — Waiting a long time? Ask your agency User Access Admin to check the request in Administration › Users & Access › Access requests.

Your session has ended (AU12)

  1. 1

    Sign in again

You are returned to /pdcc/signin with the page you were on preserved.

  2. 2

    Recover your draft

Only a draft you were already authorized to edit is offered back, and only after fresh authentication and current authorization checks.

  3. 3

    Compare if needed

If someone saved a newer version meanwhile, you get the concurrent-changes review instead of an overwrite.

Note — Connection interrupted (UX10) is different from session expiry: it explains which version is saved on the server and which input is still only in your browser.
