Evidence, findings and buying approaches
Organize claims and observations by objective, inspect evidence, compare suppliers and explore buying approaches (MR05–MR08).

/pdcc/acquisitions/market-research?screen=MR05Findings keep four things apart: supplier assertion, measured observation, human finding and SI draft. Incomplete evidence cannot become a verified capability.
Evidence drawer (MR06)
- Evidence
- Version, e.g.
EV-JUN-BATTv1. - Publisher / Location
- e.g. Juniper Field Systems, page 2.
- Observation
- e.g. 12.4 hour laboratory runtime.
- Use
- Permitted use, e.g. agency research review.
- Limitation
- e.g. field workload equivalence not demonstrated.
Buying approaches (MR07)
Record possible approaches — commercial products, existing vehicles, small business, limited competition — with evidence and limitations. Any later determination routes to the authorized official.
Compare supplier evidence (MR08)
- Shows raw observations, comparability and missing evidence per criterion.
- Essential failures cannot be offset by other scores; default weighted scoring is disabled.
- No winner or source-selection score is presented. Unknown capability and missing evidence are distinct.
