SI governance
Delegated agency SI settings: persona boundaries, approved service profiles, pause and recovery, and output-concern triage (SI01–SI06).
Agency SI Admin
/pdcc/admin/siSI Governance is an Administration child shown only to permitted users. An SI-only admin sees only SI administration; business menus and the companion need separate assignments.
| Screen | Purpose | Key rule |
|---|---|---|
| SI02 Persona boundaries | What assistance each persona may use (e.g. summarize permitted evidence, draft findings) and restricted actions (award, set-aside, sole source). | Effective SI permission is the intersection of actor grants, record rights, processing approval and agency ceiling — never the union. |
| SI03 Service profile | Bind an approved provider route to data classes and permitted use (training not permitted, retention terms). | Opaque endpoint and secret references only; readable data is not automatically provider-processable. |
| SI04 Pause and recover | Apply SI Off to the companion and SI-dependent background jobs. | Manual work stays available; recovery is explicit review, no auto-replay. Full automation pause is a separate control. |
| SI05 / SI06 Output concerns | Triage concerns; record investigation, corrective action and any escalation. | Minimum content; raw prompts need an explicit investigation purpose. Provider escalation uses a redacted, authorized package. |
