Waiting on others
Track requests you sent — evidence, cost inputs, clarifications — separately from whether the message was delivered (MW03).
All agency users
/pdcc/my-work/waitingWaiting on others lists accountable requests you are waiting on: an evidence request, a cost-input request to a budget owner, a clarification from a program owner. Each row shows owner, office, due date, delivery status and response status.

5. Accepted
You accept the input; only now does the request close.
