All personas
/dashboard/dcc/alertsAlerts are governed attention tied to evidence and owned work. Each alert opens the contributing evidence or owned work. Tiles show *Open alerts*, *At risk*, *Missing artifacts* and *Watched*.

|---|---|
| Missing acceptance memorandum on CTR-0042 | Closeout remains blocked. File state is Missing, not unaccepted. |
| POP conflict | Executed P0003 ends 2026-10-31. CWS and SharePoint still show 2026-09-30. |
| Contract Writing System degraded | Health 82%. Do not treat CWS POP or obligation values as current until the source recovers. |
| Overdue work | Owned work past the locked-clock due date; each item keeps owner, next action and waiting-on. |
The Watchlist lists contracts you added from the Contracts Explorer, with scope and a remove action (removal is auditable).
