Preview, publish and version history

Preview a draft for its audience, publish through the agency publisher, share, update and roll back views (ST03–ST05).

    Preview for the audience (ST03)

    Renders the exact scoped experience (e.g. assigned contract team). Unavailable components explain why (e.g. *Invoice widget requires source access*). Operational actions are disabled in preview.

    Request publication

    Sends the version for review.

  3. 3

    Publish (ST04)

    The Agency Experience Publisher approves a versioned composition for an authorized audience after component and accessibility checks.

    Share / update

    Sharing a layout does not share source data; concurrent edits use version checks.

  5. 5

    Version history (ST05)

    Preview a prior layout or create a revision. Rollback restores the approved layout only.

Heads up — Publishing presentation grants no data access, entitlement or authority. Rollback cannot restore revoked access. Separation of duties: designers cannot publish their own view unless configured.
Tip — A saved view can become an automation draft — but monitoring needs its own approved automation. See My Automations.
