- Artifact
- Artifact ID and title.
- Scenario / Type / Doc date
- Case, document type (INTAKE, AWARD, MOD_EXECUTED, INVOICE, CLOSEOUT…) and document date.
- Status / Ver / Authoritative
- Lifecycle state, version and whether it is the authoritative version.
- Extraction
- Extraction method; *Pre-extracted synthetic scan* when the app did not perform OCR.
- Match
- Matched page text or document metadata for a search.

- Type, version, state, supersedes link and SHA-256 (copy button).
- Anchors
- Page/field/section anchors — click one to jump the PDF to its page and cite it.

- Form values supplied with the synthetic document (Field / Value).
