Persona menu boards
Operational personas (contract specialist, CO, COR) emphasize assigned jobs, reviews and calendar. Leadership and program personas emphasize decisions, exceptions and portfolio. Leadership aggregation is scope-limited — an organizational title does not grant every contract or financial source. See the full mapping in personas and perspectives.
