Workspace search looks across the requirements, contracts, vendors and evidence you are allowed to see. Results always state the scope they cover.

Search controls

Search
Free text, e.g. *Field inspection*, a PIID, UEI or record ID.
Office
Restrict to an office such as Field Operations.
Date basis
Which date the window applies to (e.g. source action date).
Source window
Coverage dates, e.g. 1 Oct 2024 to 13 Oct 2026.

    Open a result

    Open requirement / Open contract. Each record is rechecked as it opens.

    Explain coverage

    Shows which sources and dates the result set covered.

Note — No result means no match in the displayed scope and snapshot — not proof that a contract does not exist. Search, suggestions, counts and snippets all exclude unauthorized data.
