Assessment criteria and method (MR15)

Confirm and version criteria (e.g. METHOD-1.0) before assessing. Method versions lock with submitted findings; a revised threshold triggers reassessment of affected findings.

Assess a response (MR16)

OutcomeMeaning
MeetsEvidence demonstrates the criterion under comparable conditions.
Partially meetsSome, not all, of the criterion is demonstrated.
Does not meetEvidence shows the criterion is not met.
Not demonstratedEvidence is missing or not comparable — not a zero score or a verified failure.

Example: Juniper's 12.4-hour lab result against *R1 runtime ≥ 12 hours* is Not demonstrated, because comparable field workload has not been established. Compare units and test conditions, not just numbers.

Review a finding change (MR18)

  1. 1

    Open the finding

e.g. F-JUN-R1: initial Sigma draft *Meets*.

  2. 2

    Record reviewed finding

Human outcome, rationale and exact evidence version.

  3. 3

    Or request more evidence

    Keeps the finding open.

Heads up — The original draft is retained and the adjudication appended. An unassigned reviewer cannot adjudicate. A technical finding is not report approval.

Recommendations and sensitivity (MR17)

Each objective gets an evidence-linked answer. Gap = max(estimate − target, 0): baseline target 60 days vs estimate 90 → gap 30; a 90-day scenario → gap 0. Save scenarios separately — they never change the baseline or hide failed essential criteria.
