Several screens let you see what an agency user would see: 4.6 Customer Portal Preview, 5.5 Communication Rules & Preview, 6.6 Customer Setup Guidance Preview and 7.7 Customer Experience Preview. All require preview.use.
- Uses fixture identities, sample data and mock provider responses only.
- Changing a scenario changes local simulated state only.
- No live impersonation, production records, real connections, credential entry, sends or agency mutations — an agency “Adopt” or “Send” control in a preview does nothing live.
- Injecting a real tenant identity or production connection reference is rejected.
