Time
Event time (newest first, up to 500).
Actor / role
Persona and CBP role.
Office
Office context at the time.
Action / Object
What was attempted on which record.
Result
allowed (green), denied (red) or recorded (blue).
Reason
Policy reason for the result.
Tip — Try a denied action (e.g. accept a handoff as the wrong persona), then check the log for the denied entry and its reason.
