Acquisition and app terms used across the PDCC Agency App.
- ALIVE
- The KPI overview on My Day (Awaiting my action, Overdue deliverables, Upcoming…).
- Authority assignment
- A recorded CO warrant, COR designation or delegation with scope, limit and dates.
- Baseline
- The approved version of a requirement or accepted input that later work compares against.
- CO
- Contracting Officer — makes contracting decisions under a warrant.
- COR
- Contracting Officer's Representative — designated for a named contract and period; surveillance and technical review.
- CS
- Contract Specialist — prepares packages and coordinates; no implied warrant.
- Data scope
- The set of records a user can read (e.g.
public-market-data). - Designation evidence
- The document proving a COR appointment; reviewed before COR access exists.
- Digest
- A hash of a frozen package version; decisions bind to it.
- Evidence gap
- Required evidence that is missing; tracked as a task with an owner.
- Evidence lane
- Assigned work (synthetic lifecycle) vs USAspending public award.
- Handoff
- A package sent between modules or teams, with separate transfer, validation, acceptance and filing receipts.
- IGCE
- Independent Government Cost Estimate.
- IPP
- Invoice Processing Platform — authoritative for invoice events.
- Managed work
- A contract that passed all readiness checks and has committed jobs.
- MR
- Market Research study (screens MR01–MR21).
- Not demonstrated
- Assessment outcome when evidence is missing or not comparable — not a failure.
- Persona / perspective / lens
- Your active work context; presentation only.
- PIID
- Procurement Instrument Identifier — the award number.
- PoP
- Period of performance.
- QASP
- Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
- Scout
- Display name of the Sigma Companion in the demonstration.
- SF30
- Standard Form 30, amendment/modification of contract — prepared here as a draft only.
- SI
- Synthetic intelligence (AI) services governed by the agency.
- SOW
- Statement of Work.
- Studio
- Optional module for composed views.
- UEI
- Unique Entity Identifier for a vendor.
- USAspending
- Public federal spending source; ~9,900 CBP awards are loaded as read-only references.
