Industry questions and feedback
Prepare consistent outreach, register supplier responses with provenance, and find cross-response gaps (MR09–MR12).

- 1
Draft questions
Tie each to a research objective (runtime and workload conditions; application compatibility; delivery and assumptions).
- 2
Choose channel
e.g. agency-approved RFI process.
- 3
Save outreach draft / Preview release
Drafting is separate from release.
- 4
Approve release
Recipients, channel, content and markings need the configured human approval.
Industry feedback (MR10) and response details (MR11)
Responses enter as controlled evidence — research inputs, not offers. The original response, attachments, receipt method, checksum and revisions are kept. Respondents get no workspace account.
Response detail
- Runtime claim
- e.g. 12.4 hours, laboratory conditions.
- Application claim
- e.g. compatibility asserted; tests incomplete.
- Delivery estimate
- e.g. 90 calendar days — a planning issue, not an automatic capability failure.
- Small business status
- Unverified self-identification until verified.
Cross-response findings (MR12)
Identify shared limitations (e.g. no comparable field runtime tests) and assign follow-ups consistently. Sparse responses do not prove a single capable source. Proposed requirement changes return to the owner and never overwrite the need.
