Owned, prioritized daily queue for the current persona with tiles *Assigned*, *Due today*, *Overdue*, *Approvals*, *Waiting*. Select a row to act on it in Selected work. Every item must carry the ownership quartet — owner, next action, due date and waiting-on — and a handoff does not silently change owner. Missing-artifact requests cannot close without a linked artifact, approved exception or documented no-longer-applicable decision.
Sigma (baseline)
/dashboard/dcc/baseline/sigma answers from the locked Ghost snapshot. Counts are deterministic; confidence is capped at Medium while the Contract Writing System is degraded and the CTR-0042 acceptance memorandum is missing.
Reports & Briefings
/dashboard/dcc/baseline/reports generates a governed Procurement Brief from the locked snapshot with a source manifest, gaps and SYNTHETIC DEMO DATA marking, and a Controlled export. Facts regenerate from the same sources.
