Decision queue

Leaders see *Decisions & Follow-ups*. Decision authority is evaluated per record; a leadership decision cannot substitute for funding or contracting authority. The reviewed brief version and rationale are saved, and a recorded planning outcome is distinct from funding approval.

Workforce handoff (PV05)

Request an approved workload-coverage review from a separate Workforce service using aggregate authorized demand.

• No competency scoring, career inference, raw activity telemetry or performance evaluation is built into the app.
• The handoff needs a qualified recipient and purpose.
