Hover any KPI for its definition, drivers, caveat and a mini chart before you drill in; clicking a card or status band opens the filtered contract list whose totals reconcile to the originating filter.
KPI cards
- Total ceiling
- Sum of contract ceilings.
- Obligated value
- Sum obligated, with % of ceiling.
- Remaining funds
- Sum of remaining (ceiling − obligated).
- Active task orders
- Task orders and contracts carrying them.
- At risk
- Contracts with status *At Risk* (critical counted separately).
- Expiring POP (90 days)
- POP end between 0 and 90 days after the locked clock.
- Missing artifacts
- Artifact requirements in state *Missing*, and contracts affected.
- Open actions
- Owned work across the portfolio not Done/Closed/Complete.
- Portfolio health by status — click a band to open the filtered contract list.
- Funding mix — hover a slice for the contributing total.
- Source freshness — health % and last sync per source; *Sources current as of locked clock*.
- Known gaps — disclosed on every dashboard, Sigma answer and export (e.g. Contract Writing System degraded; missing acceptance memorandum on CTR-0042).
- Contracts needing attention — contract, vendor, customer, value (TCV), POP end, status, risk, missing artifacts; searchable.
