- Official tab — award documents and modifications from official sources.
- Internal tab — internal working documents, kept distinct from official instruments with their source ACLs and version links.
- For each proposed match: accept, reject or investigate using evidence. Duplicates and conflicts are excluded individually.
- Association history records actor, timestamp and decision. Repeating an association request returns the same result.
Review extracted facts (CT03)
The document viewer shows each extracted fact next to the page it came from.

Review conflicting date
If the document and metadata disagree, go to source conflicts.
Typical facts
- Period of performance
- e.g. 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Sep 2027.
- Vendor
- e.g. Juniper Field Systems.
- Source version
- e.g. Award document v1.
- Extraction

Current contract facts
Current contract shows verified fact snapshots separately from newly imported values, with Facts and Team tabs and team presence. An unverified option year remains unverified.
