| UX02 Complete the required information | Accessible error summary; focus moves to the first invalid field. | Fix each listed field. |
| UX03 Review concurrent changes | Someone saved a newer version. | Compare and reapply; nothing is overwritten. |
| UX04 This action is not available | A safe denial without restricted details. | Use the access request route or *Why this action is limited*. |
| UX05 Source temporarily unavailable | Saved work is preserved; freshness is shown. | Retry later or continue with retained evidence. |
| UX06 File validation in progress | The file is in quarantine. | Wait; content is unavailable until validated. |
| UX07 Some changes were saved | Per-step results of a partial operation. | Resume safely — only failed steps retry. |
| UX08 Work history is retained | A module was disabled; records stay but new work stops. | Open history; nothing was deleted. |
