Approve (AO04)

The approver reviews the exact manifest — rule version, action, records, recipient, whether SI is required — and approves the bounded rule or returns it. Approval applies only to that action, audience, schedule and version; editing content or recipients invalidates it.

An activation receipt means scheduling succeeded — not that a first check or delivery has completed.

Run history (AO06)

Each run reports every stage and action separately with receipts. A run may partially succeed. Provider acceptance is not proof of reading.

Reconcile an uncertain action (AO07, AO10)

  1. 1. Timeout

External dispatch *may have occurred*; receipt not found.

  2. 2. Retry blocked

Pending reconciliation; current authorization must be rechecked.

  3. 3. Check authorized receipt

Classify as completed, failed or still unknown.

  4. 4. Resume authorized incomplete step

Only when confirmed not delivered — using the original operation and idempotency key.

Heads up — A completed or still-unknown action is never dispatched again, and re-enablement never replays work automatically. A changed payload requires a new reviewed action.

Prepared work

  • A prepared follow-up task is a proposal until approved; approval creates only that bounded task — it cannot accept a deliverable or modify a contract.
  • Portfolio digest adjustments are drafts; audience rights and channels are validated before approval.
